We have a midterm election coming up. Some of you may be naive and silly enough to believe that red and blue, the Democrats and Republicans, that there is an essential difference. But I ask you to look at the country today, what it stands for really. It stands for murdering children, exterminating human beings, constant wars, and an economic imbalance not seen since the French Revolution.
If you think there’s a difference between the Democrats and the Republicans, the red and blue team, you are doing exactly what the people on top want you to do: fight among yourselves instead of fight against the top. Fight against the elites, who are in both parties on purpose, to keep you effectively, financially, socially, participantly in the real function of the government disenfranchised.
We have a midterm election coming up. You will be told again that this is “the most important election of your lifetime.” You will be told to save “our democracy” by choosing one color of billionaire money over another color of billionaire money. You will be told that the stakes are existential, that you must vote blue no matter who, or red to save America, and you will swallow it like you always do, like a trained animal taking a sugar cube.
You are not saving anything. You are attending a pageant.
The only reason we have red and blue in the United States is that it’s a clever way to separate people so they don’t join together and grab all the billionaires and hang them. It’s that simple. The billionaires support this two‑party system for that exact reason. They need you screaming about guns and pronouns and drag shows and statues so you never notice the transfer of everything that matters—land, houses, pensions, water, air—upward, every year, without fail.
If you go to the polls believing that being a Republican or a Democrat makes you part of the solution, you are not “engaged.” You are not “doing your civic duty.” You are not “showing up for democracy.” You are walking into a carefully staged theater where your role is to clap, boo, and leave nothing changed when the curtain falls.
Look at what your sacred parties actually stand for in the real world. They stand for bombing villages and calling it freedom. They stand for starving children and calling it sanctions. They stand for police who treat poor people as target practice and for judges who treat corporations as citizens. They stand for a healthcare system that will watch you die if you can’t pay and then send the bill to your family. And every two years they dress this up in red and blue and ask you which flavor of the same poison you prefer.
If you are dumb enough to believe you are going to change the United States by being a Republican or a Democrat, you are not a citizen in any meaningful sense. You are a consumer in a rigged game. You are a body in a seat at a pageant. You are exactly what they want: noisy, emotional, obedient, and harmless.
If you still believe that pulling a lever for red or blue is “fighting back,” if you still think that your team of millionaires and billionaires is morally superior to their team of millionaires and billionaires, if you still think that you are “participating” in power instead of being managed by it, then yes—I am saying it plainly—you are a moron.
Not because you are stupid in some deep sense, but because you are choosing stupidity. You are choosing to believe a fairy tale that has been refuted by your entire adult life. You are choosing to pretend that the people who bomb children, protect banks, and feed you culture‑war garbage on television are going to wake up one morning and “represent” you. You are choosing to play along with a pageant that has been draining your future and your children’s future since long before you were born.
We have a midterm election coming up. You can go vote red or blue, take your little sticker, post your little picture, and tell yourself that you “did something.” Or you can finally admit that this is not a democracy in any serious sense, that the parties are shields for the same class of predators, that the real conflict in this country is vertical, not horizontal.
You are not required to be this naive. You are not required to be this obedient. But if you insist on believing that the costume you wear to the pageant changes the ownership of the tent, then don’t ask me to pretend you’re anything but what the show calls for: a loyal extra, cheering onluv your own dispossession.

I think this country is a goner, my friend. You can shout about the red/blue circus from every steeple in this country, from Atlantic to Pacific, from the Mexico border all the way to Canadian border, and they will ridicule you and call you crazy. It is not that you're lying. It is that they wouldn't know the truth, if it swam up and bit their collective posterior. Let's face it: if they still, after so many decades of being played like a cheap violin, didn't figure it out - they're dumber than rocks. They are dumb and deaf, they are blind to the obvious. They exist in the red/blue reality, where they are being manipulated by the skilled puppet masters.
OK, rant's over.
I'm angry and depressed. Another election around the corner, and they fight over whether red, or blue.
Cheer up, J
